There are currently 8 lots available to build on. Construction of a beautiful home for sale on our Nature Loft Property (Lot 4) begins soon.

Yes. Our community is equipped with an electric gate at the entrance.

Yes. We have health department approval for water well and waste systems.

 

Will each home have its own power transformer?

Yes.

 

Is there internet service?

Each property has fiber optics for communications and high-speed internet services supplied by AT&T.

 

Do the properties have utilities?

Underground utilities are delivered 5 feet into each lot at the driveway. This includes SDG&E, AT&T Communication and COX cable.
